Hälsa Regulation Session
90 Minutes
A personalized, whole-body skin therapy session combining a 30-minute consultation and progress check-in with 60 minutes of restorative hands-on treatment.
We begin by reviewing changes in your skin, stress, sleep, lifestyle and overall wellbeing, identifying patterns and adjusting your care plan as needed.
Your hands-on treatment is then tailored to your current needs and may incorporate therapeutic facial massage, gentle lymphatic drainage, acupressure, TMJ and cervical tension release, nervous system-focused relaxation and targeted skin barrier support.
Designed for both new and returning clients, each session brings together ongoing assessment, individualized treatment and practical education to support skin health, relaxation and long-term progress.
