Service Description
The Hälsa Skin Session brings together over a decade of experience as a master facialist, along with advanced training in holistic nutrition, herbology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. In this 60-minute session, we address your skin concerns while also exploring the underlying internal factors that may cause them. We specialize in supporting individuals experiencing eczema, psoriasis, acne, hyperpigmentation, and other inflammatory conditions, as well as those seeking effective age-prevention strategies.
Cancellation Policy
At Hälsa Fusion, our mission is to create a calm and supportive space for deep restoration — blending holistic skincare, nervous-system regulation, and mindful connection. To maintain the highest quality of care for all guests, please review our studio policies before booking. Booking & Payment All appointments are paid in full online at the time of booking. This reserves your dedicated time and allows us to prepare your treatment space with intention. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking and a reminder before your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment are refunded. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable. This policy honours the time, energy, and preparation that go into each session and allows others the opportunity to book. Arrival Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Your session begins and ends at the booked time so that we may remain on schedule for all clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next guest. Health & Intake Information Your treatment experience is personalized for your unique needs. Please complete all intake questions honestly and disclose any relevant health information, including recent procedures, medications, or conditions. This ensures your treatment is both safe and effective. If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, please reach out prior to booking. Privacy & Confidentiality All client information is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with professional and legal privacy standards. Your personal and health details are collected solely to provide quality care and will never be shared without your consent. Respectful Environment Hälsa Fusion is a space for calm, presence, and mutual respect. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
