This reserves your dedicated time and allows us to prepare your treatment space with intention. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking and a reminder before your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment are refunded. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable. This policy honours the time, energy, and preparation that go into each session and allows others the opportunity to book. Arrival Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Your session begins and ends at the booked time so that we may remain on schedule for all clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next guest.
