Hälsa Fusion Pop-Up at Encompass Health And Wellness

This Hälsa Fusion Pop-Up is a guided health and wellness experience designed to calm the nervous system, encourage lymphatic flow, and restore radiant skin through a nurturing facial ritual.

Guests begin with a gentle arrival ritual featuring slow breathing and soft side-body stretches to settle the body and mind. This transitions into a fully guided self-facial using Eminence Organic Skin Care, including cleansing, a nourishing mask, facial massage techniques, and education on supporting skin through stress regulation and barrier repair. Participants receive a take-home guide and product samples to continue their care at home.

The experience deepens with guided facial lymphatic drainage and targeted acupressure to reduce puffiness, release jaw and brow tension, and promote nervous system calm. Guests leave feeling centred, visibly radiant, and supported in both skin health and whole-body wellness.
