Located in Stratford, Ontario, Jenna Binkle, Master Facialist and R.H.N. created Hälsa Fusion as the result of over a decade of hands-on experience. She combines her training in manual lymphatic drainage, Registered Holistic Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, Herbology and Yin yoga.
Hälsa supports a range of needs, from chronic skin concerns and perimenopausal transitions to mood imbalances in teens and adults, stress-related issues, and general nutritional support.
Each session begins with the Nervous System Regulation Method — a calming combination of acupressure, lymphatic drainage, and massage. Jenna's philosophy is if the nervous system is calm, then other body systems can begin to work optimally. Hälsa is designed to bring you into the present moment, and from there, we move into a personalized consultation that considers your skin, lifestyle, stress, hormones, and nutrition as part of a full picture.
Hälsa Fusion is currently accepting clients at Illume Wellness Spa. Booking is available through the Vagaro app.
